How do you clean anodized painted aluminum?

You can use a soft brush to sweep away large pieces of dust and use ERW-BD & microfiber cloth to gently clean the anodised aluminium surface. Please do not use any caustic cleaners, bleach for cleaning, which will greatly accelerate the aging and damage of the anodized aluminium surface, causing irreversible effects. ERW-BD →, as a mild biodegradable cleaner, can effectively remove the dirt and at the same time ensure that there is zero infringement on the surface, which guarantees the surface's aesthetic appearance.

How do you keep anodized parts from fading?

In addition to using sophisticated techniques to avoid anodising fading at the outset of manufacture, you can use the AA-1665D to achieve this. Most fading is caused by photochemical reactions generated by UV light. The UV protectors in AA-1665D resist UV radiation so that the surface maintains its beauty and colour at all times.

What is the best polish for anodised aluminium?

Whilst polishing compounds can restore the finish of your anodised aluminium surfaces on a short-term basis, we highly discourage you from using this short-term solution. In fact, it is very uneconomical as it implies frequent actions and labour costs. We would rather recommend that you use AA-1665D to add a permanent layer of protection to the surface, and there is plenty of evidence to show that it only takes one application and a normal standard of cleaning to keep the surface shiny and vibrant for up to 10 years or more. In addition to this, AA-1665D will protect your surfaces from chemical and physical attack.

How do you care for anodized aluminum?

Firstly, you should apply AA-1665D, which will extend the service life of the substrate to a great extent and bring objective protection performance and visual maintenance performance. Within 5 years of approved application, all you need to do is regular routine cleaning with a mild detergent and there is no need to worry about the substrate losing its protection. However, many more projects have shown that the protective layer is still in effect more than 10 years after the end of the approved application.

How do you maintain the beauty of the anodised aluminium surface?

You can use AA-1665D to keep the surface looking good. The main factors that affect the aesthetics of anodized aluminium surfaces are physical abrasion, chemical attack and fading / deterioration caused by chemical reactions, which AA-1665D eliminates and protects the surface from these factors. In addition, AA-1665D is available in both mirror and frosted textures to help you achieve the desired visual effect.
